Accreditation for Academic Institutions
In order to be accredited by AARME,
the Academic Institutions must:
- Clearly define and simply state
the educational mission and objectives
- Demonstrate the ability to attain
the academic mission and objectives
- Have qualified faculties and administrative
staffs
- Maintain fair and proper admissions
and enrollment practices to ensure educational benefits
and access to all students
- Provide courses and methods of instruction,
examination and evaluations that are educationally
sound and current
- Provide adequate services for individual
and group guidance and counseling
- Provide evidence of satisfactory
student progress and success, including follow-up
job placement assistance
- Present advertising, promotional
and other representations in an ethical and truthful
manner
- Charge reasonable tuition fees and
provide for fair refund practices
- Reflect soundness of financial and
business operational practices
- Provide and maintain adequate physical
facilities for classroom instruction and applicable
laboratory programs
- Provide documentation for student
and administrative accountability
- Provide for periodic major
activities self-analysis
